The cuisine is made of first quality ingredients and genuine products which are wisely matched to exalt flavours, the freshness and harmony of tastes and the superb delicacy of each dish.

We valorise Mediterranean cuisine and the old local recipes to satisfy the palate’s pleasures; our cellar contains a number of excellent wines served by discreet and friendly staff.

Gluten-free and low-calorie menus

If you have special needs or intolerances such as the celiac disease, or if you are a vegetarian or vegan, please let us know when you reserve so that we can better organize your stay and we will be able to provide you with a wider selection of meals.

If your holiday at the Neroniane Hotel is also aimed at weight loss, we can provide you with a specific program of treatments with the consultancy of a dietician who will work with our restaurant staff to provide you with a light, but still delicious menu.

Enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance, our climate-controlled, glass-fronted wine cellar houses a precious collection of carefully selected labels: from the most representative wines of the Euganean Hills, authentic expressions of a unique volcanic terroir, to the most renowned Italian and international appellations, as well as a curated selection of fine sparkling wines.

Each bottle tells a story of passion, tradition and harmony with nature. Tasting a wine means embarking on a sensory journey into the heart of the land that gave it life: meeting its people, breathing in its colours, and savouring its identity.

A large mezzanine room hosts the restaurant which is directly over the findings of ancient Roman Spas that you can admire through a few rounded illuminated windows in the floor.
