BOOKING CONDITIONS
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 2:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Beyond this time, it is possible to continue using the thermal pools and Spa area, vacating the room but keeping the provided bathrobe and towel, until 7:30 pm for an additional fee of €25 per person.
Late check-out: available by reservation (subject to room availability on-site), with the room at your disposal until 7:00 pm and access to the thermal pools. Supplement starting from €65 per room.
Family Discount - Children sharing room with parents:
• until 3 years of age, free of charge
• 3 to 7 years of age, 30%
• 7 to 10 years of age, 20%
• 10 to 13 years of age, 15%
Staying with your pets
We welcome small dogs and cats, provided this is communicated at the time of booking.
Pets are not allowed in the pool, Spa, or restaurant.
Rates: €16 per day per animal (food not included). Extra cleaning at the end of the stay: €35.
Payment
Payment is due upon departure; a credit card is requested at the time of booking for guarantee purposes.
Please request invoices before the bill is issued
Payment methods: cash, POS, VISA and Mastercard credit cards, Google Pay.
Cancellation Policy
• less than 7 days from the date of arrival: penalty of 1 night's stay
• less than 24 hours, no show or early departure: penalty of 50% of the booked stay
